The employees were pleasant and polite. Incredible and perfect location in lovely surroundings was a plus.

The units are large with comfy king size beds.

The location is incredible and absolutely perfect in a calm area, very close to the bar/ restaurant and Belfast. The room is huge and extremely spacious, comes with showers, the bedroom plus comfy King size beds.  

The place is ideal, the staff are pretty friendly.

It is a great looking place. Very very helpful, amiable staff towards all guests. Outstanding food for dinner and breakfast. The location peaceful in lovely surroundings. And so close to restaurant, beautiful grounds in a quiet area and outlet. A pleasant way to end my trip. 

The room was airy & updated with bedrooms, comfy King size beds, showers. The location was quiet - really close to the Boulevard shopping centre, and a quiet area. Also, it was near Banbridge Golf 

It's fairly clean, ideal hotel and the staff is fairly friendly. The building is very good and the rooms are huge with showers, comfy King size beds, for instance. The venue has a lovely location, to the Boulevard shopping centre. 

The meals in the bar were fab! The staff were helpful and excellent all the time. The location was excellent - close enough to the grounds, the Boulevard shopping centre and restaurant.

Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was low.

Pretty friendly and very pleasant staff, it was very lovely stay.

The hotel was ideal and exactly what we needed. The room was big size, updated and had a flat-screen television, a dining area and a seating area. The food was superb, we enjoyed it.

Spacious and bright unit with comfy king size beds, exceptional staff. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Well, it was a comfortable stay for a wedding. The food was lovely - a huge variety of options. This location was particularly good and unbeatable, right by the Boulevard shopping centre, restaurant and the city center. 

The staff was very good, the accommodation was quirky and fairly clean. Wake-up service, available in my standard queen room, was a nice bonus. Good services were available. The location was incredible and marvellous,

This place is recently refurbished and the staff are competent. The rooms are a nice size and airy here with bedrooms and comfy King size beds plus showers. It offers convenient, excellent location. Thank
